I asked alot of questions for a specific pattern for a tattoo and Eri answered everyone of them, and then some. She is very professional, helpful and very quick to reply. I could tell that Eri is very passionate about her work and even did some research for me by herself to help me find what i was looking for. In short, excellent customer service! Eri put your ideas on paper. Some times it is difficult to get the translations right. I had some doubt about the names and the way the were pronounced but Eri walks you trough it al the way untill i am happy with it. 8-)

Love this site and service. Look at it all the time for ideas. I wanted my daughter's name for a tattoo but depending on how it's pronounced it could use different symbols. I kept getting conflicting info online but on this site, one of the best features is that Eri tells you how it's pronounced. That eased my mind that what I will be putting on my body forever is correct. I even sent emails on several occasions for a brief education on how translations work and Eri was more than gracious in responding quickly and giving me some great background info to what I was getting. Can't recommend this service highly enough 8-)
